What's It Like
Working Here?

Our residential reentry centers provide participants with transitional housing, treatment, and training, and they often leave during the day for work, school or other commitments in the community. There is a positive rhythm to these centers that is founded on helping individuals lean into productive independence in the community.

In our non-residential reentry programs, participants report frequently to our centers – often daily – for treatment and training based on their individual risk and needs. From the moment a participant checks in at the front desk, they are treated with dignity and respect, and this carries through in everyday actions.

In our in-custody programs, staff help inmates get organized for release and deliver treatment and training that is often continued in the community. The participants are thankful for the head start and the insightful preparation, and many have expressed these programs help them feel ready to go back into the community.
