Transitional Housing and Reentry Services for Parolees
GEO Reentry Services manages residential reentry centers for correctional agencies that offer individuals a safe, structured, supervised environment, as well as employment counseling, job placement, financial management assistance, and other programs and services. RRCs help individuals gradually rebuild their ties to the community and facilitate supervising their activities during this readjustment phase.
When individuals are released from incarceration, many face significant challenges looking for housing, work, positive connections in the community, and access to medical care and substance use services. This leads to a population that is vulnerable to failure and return to incarceration.
Outcomes with Residential Reentry Programs
By partnering with GEO Reentry, correctional agencies can engage with a network of housing, monitoring, and treatment assistance to help individuals as they begin their transition back into the community. Our programs, several of which have received accreditation from the American Correctional Association, offer valuable training to help the formerly incarcerated address patterns of antisocial thinking and poor conflict management to help individuals reenter the community after incarceration and reduce recidivism going forward.
