Calaveras County selected GEO Reentry to implement and run its day reporting center and related programs. The day reporting center will be built to help manage offenders coming through the county system due to California public safety realignment, a statewide initiative to transfer responsibility of a certain class of inmates from state prisons to county probation and sheriff’s departments.
